MLSlistings.com is powered by the actual MLS database used by Realtors, and updates automatically every 15 minutes. The data is effectively real time. This site teaches many things about the home buying process for consumers. This site has the most traffic of all real estate sites in the world because it is the default choice for "real estate" on most of the major search engines. Data from our MLS is now on this site. The listing data will update once per week, not as often as MLSlistings.com

Microsoft's real estate site, which has a wealth of education on the home buying process and demographics. This site was launched in August, 1998. The listing data will not update as often as MLSlistings.com. This site has a "Home Tracker" option that can notify you of homes that match your search criteria by email. This is similar to what Real Options Realty can do to notify you of new listings, except our information is real time and our response faster.
