Dear Dee,

We want to thank you again for all of your hard work with us finding and purchasing our home at 132 Catalpa. It was a delight to work with you, and we feel you went above and beyond the call of duty for all of your help.

Some of our friends who worked with you previously recommended you, and we are very happy that we listened to them. After their glowing recommendation, we called to meet with you, and found that you were not in the office for the weekend, but to leave a message. Within hours, one of your associates at Real Options returned our call, to ask if there was anything she could do to help us while you were out. This was our first big clue that we were making the right decision about agents. Your attention to the detail is greatly appreciated, even when you aren't in the office!

When we met for the first time, you were very efficient, organized, and prepared for all of our questions, and with a collection of houses to look at. The munchies in the car were an unexpected treat (we know how grumpy we can get driving around in the car all day!), and the clipboards for taking notes about each property we'd be looking at made our job for the day's hunt much easier. We had fairly tight time constraints and you were very good at listening to our needs, and remembering them. After the first day, you only showed us properties that fit our criteria. That saved time for us, and for you too.

Eventually, we decided to make an offer on our house, and you were there that evening to fill out the papers, and get everything underway. We were pre-approved for a loan, so that part was done, but all of the pieces from the offer letter to the close of escrow were new to us. You walked us through the steps, from making the offer, getting information from the planning department, helping out with the inspection and smoothing things out with the reluctant tenants. We couldn't have done it without you.

You made the entire process comfortable. You explained the process and the paperwork excellently, and we never had any worries that we were missing loose ends, since you had been so thorough throughout. Even after the house was ours, you continued to help us out. You helped us get our fumigation paperwork in order, and your recommendation for a roofer and contractor have resulted in great work.

Thanks again for all of your work helping make this house into our home.
