Dear Mr. Gangnes,

This letter, unfortunately, is long overdue but I believe it is important to note several outstanding qualities regarding your Realtor, Dee Vogel. My husband and I first came to know her through Karen Sommerfeld who we worked with a reasonable period of time. When Karen was preparing for a sabbatical, she recommended Dee who she thought would be suitable for our needs.

We were in the market for a residence at he time and when Dee came on board we spent a little over a year hunting. She was singular in her approach and had a keen sense of timing and judgment. She was extremely judicious in calling me at work and managed to handle all details with professionalism and concern. She never failed to forget one detail and her availiblity was impressive. Ultimately, we did not find the house we were looking for, but Dee was able to find a parcel of land so we could begin new construction. Timing was critical since there was not a large inventory to choose from. There were a number of complicated /delicate details which she handled flawlessly. (We discovered her wisdom during some of the unexpected problems which is where it made the difference regarding a favorable outcome).

Dee was also involved in the sale of our old adobe home prior to our move in 2000 and we will always be reminded of her time and effort that she invested in all of our projects. Each job was big and not without its problems she handled every detail to our complete satisfaction and it was always a pleasure to work with her. Dee's involvement was invaluable and we are very grateful that she was our agent. She has tremendous talent and attention to detail- this became a critical point when we discovered some problems along the way. We trusted her judgment and her professional interaction with all parties involved was first class.

It is difficult to express in a letter all things we appreciate about Dee and your business. Her management of every phase of each project demonstrated true wisdom and there is no doubt about her amazing attention to detail. She was always on top of every phase and never failed to return a phone call....... even if it was a late night. Her work ethic is impeccable.

We are continually reminded of what a stunning job she did and would highly recommend her without any reservation. She will handle it as if it were her own.

The added bonus to all of this is that Dee became our friend!
