Dee, it's not often one gets to feel they have a friend in someone they've done business with but Mike and I feel we have a friend in you. From the exhausing search for the right house to the nail-biting negotiations with the seller and even after the successful purchase of our house, you have consistently and eagerly been there for us any time we needed help in any way. Your honesty, integrity, knowledge, patience and warmth were invaluable to us as we took the plunge into buying our first home. As I've told you before, you are a gem, my dear.
