We are embarrassed to be so tardy in acknowledging with profound gratitude your enormous help and support in our recent relocation from Winfield, Illinois to Santa Cruz, California! We have moved 13 times over the past 30 years of marriage, and we have never had the pleasure of such competent, caring, professional and warm support from our relocation specialist/Realtor as we have had from you. Truly, Dee, you have gone way beyond anything any previous Realtor has done for us, including the great number of houses you showed us from one end of the county to the other, but more importantly, starting with our "needs and expectation assessment" before we came here on our first house hunting trip!

Thank you for your patience in driving almost 700 miles with us on our house hunting excursions with two puppies in tow over an eight day period of almost constant interpersonal interactions. Thank you for your candor in carefully pointing out to us the pros and cons of each property we considered. Thank you for all the time you spent with us in the Planning and Environmental Health offices of the County and with our various site inspectors. And thank you for your welcoming message and Champaign when we took possession of our new home, and for the wine, gift certificates and thoughtful resource list you provided to us. (We have already used more than half of the three page list of such resources - Kristen just accessed your beautician today!) --and it goes without saying, your policy of making a contribution to a charitable organization on our behalf upon the conclusion of our purchase is a most impressive and touching gesture that tightly links you to your clients and to OUR community!

But most of all, Dee, thank you for being such a warm, thoughtful, and caring person whom we are privileged to call our first friend in Santa Cruz! It was wonderful to have you visit us shortly after we moved in...we truly hope to continue our relationship forever! Please know that you are always welcome in our home at any time, announced or unannounced!
