Once again you have provided us with the most expert professional care we have ever experienced. There are many "so-called" professionals out there that we must follow-up on to ensure that they do the job for which we hired them. You are the only true professional we never have to think twice about and never have to worry about getting the job done.

Our first experience with you back in the late '80s was all we needed to know.

"You're the man". Working with you and Jacalyn was such a pleasure. Your expert marketing abilities and professionalism were truly appreciated. So appreciated in fact, that in the mid '90s we listed another home with you. Since we knew we had to be in West Virginia, we didn't hesitate to leave you in charge knowing we had nothing to worry about. You called us as we were travelling across the Texas panhandle to inform us of the offer on the house and when we were in West Virginia to inform us of the close of escrow. So this time we were not even in the state and you handled it all for us. Upon listing our third home with you in the late '90s, we went to Cave Creek, Arizona. You not only sold the house and closed escrow on time, you also provided us with your expertise on contracts to help correct a problem on the home we were buying in Arizona.

Our fourth home listing with you just closed escrow, and as back in the '80s and '90s, you handled it with the same expert professionalism we have come to appreciate so much.

Working with you and Jacalyn has once again been an experience for which we are so grateful - not only for providing creative solutions to problems that sometimes arise in escrow, but for always keeping us informed of the progress of the home sale - no matter what state we are in! In fact, because of your tremendous marketing expertise, we now find ourselves temporarily "homeless" in the state of California. However, we will now be building our retirement dream home in the beautiful Mount Shasta area in northern California, due in part to you. There are a lot of options out there, but we know you are the "Real Option".
