Sarah and I are the happiest folks in town. We came into the housing market fairly naive and you and your great staff helped us navigate through all of the usual steps with comfort and ease. Nancy at the front desk, who helped "distract" our kids during our meetings with you. Dee Vogel, whose insight and helpfulness was great. And finally to yourself, Gary, who spent considerable time with us: educating us about due process, writing numerous offers on properties, to ultimately helping us while we worked through the escrow process. The time you spent with us and the many details that were remedied by you and your staff would be difficult to describe in words. We cannot, however, underscore the importance to us that all of this time and effort did in fact take place. Sarah and I felt very comfortable with how the details were handled and we were never, never worried about anything anytime during this process.
