With over 20 years of successful experience in real estate sales in the Santa Cruz and Monterey Peninsula area, Karen was the best choice of all the Realtors that I interviewed when I needed to sell a residence in Santa Cruz earlier this year.

The residence for sale was owned by my 90 year-old father-in-law and he requested that I assist him with the sale. The house needed a good deal of work and inspection to bring it up to code and make it marketable. Since I live in San Jose, work full time and was attending postgraduate school at night, I knew that I needed an experienced, take charge realtor.

Karen took charge of the entire project. She made excellent suggestions for improvements and repairs that resulted in selling the house for approximately $50,000 more than we anticipated. Karen took charge of getting all repairs and improvements made, including finding contractors and vendors, arranging for work bids, assisting in choosing carpeting, paint, bathroom tile, a furnace and new appliances, as needed. Karen communicated the status of the work to me daily and forwarded me invoices for payment.

Karen's efforts exceeded our highest expectations. She personally helped to clear the yard and garden area at the house. She even crawled under the house to assist the construction crew in installing a new sump pump system. When all the work was completed, Karen arranged for a beautiful open house and a special luncheon for other Realtors to show the property. She even bought flowers for the house and front entry for the showing.

Additionally, Karen was very responsive to our schedules and met with us on weekends to deal with the needed paperwork. The work on the house was completed within 6 weeks. She marketed the house, showed the house and brought in a sale in less than two weeks after the house went on the market. The closing went very smoothly and timely.

In all respects, we found Karen to be very friendly, open, honest and professional. We certainly recommend her to anyone as a great realtor. Should we have the need of a realtor in the future, we wouldnt think about having anyone else sell our property.
