You were a great resource for relocation referrals of designated realtors outside the state. You called and arranged for showings in multiple areas for us.

The mover you referred to us was wonderful. He could not do our move because of scheduling but he recommended another mover who provided the best move we have ever experienced - nothing was damaged. You pre-qualified prospective buyers to assure a successful and timely close. We appreciate that you negotiated details of the purchase agreement to creat a precise contract and to eliminate delays or any confusion between buyer/seller.

You stayed in touch on a weekly basis and more often when needed. We especially appreciate that you arranged for house cleaners to prepare Pat’s home for presentation to the market. You handled and coordinated 3 real estate transactions for us: Quintana Ct. in Santa Cruz, CA; Blanca in Watsonville, CA; and Shaw Terrace in Gold Beach, OR.
